Currently, Leader and founder of touring and recording project, Oneida James Band: Headlining Performing Artist in numerous sold out festivals and theatre venues in Spain and France, to include: Barcelona Blues Festival, Spain; Musicalium Guitar Festival, Bourgogne France; Jazz Polop Music Festival, Polop Spain; Palacio De Congresso Entertainment Center, Alicante, Spain; Cuevas Canalobre Theatre Alicante Spain; to name a few. Oneida is also currently performing in venues throughout all of Spain with the famed and celebrated Blues Rock Guitar Artist, El Señor Santiago Campillo and many other artists of Spain. Performed with French Superstar, Tal for the Tal AcousticTour; Performed as bassist and background vocalist with the Sheffield Soul Singer, the Late, Mr. Great Joe Cocker (September 2001 through December 2014.) Appearing in Joe Cocker 2013, Fire it Up Live in Cologne Concert Video, Joe Cocker, Fire it Up, Live CD, Fire it up Music Videos, and numerous other videos and CDs; Bassist with Smooth Jazz Artist, Saxaphonist Euge Groove; Movie appearance in the New York Times Critic's Pick, For Your Consideration, as Talk Show Bassist with Joe Satriani and CJ Vanston; Author of bass guitar instruction book, 'Groove Mastery, The Bassist Guide to Time, Rhythm and Feel', worldwide release by Hal Leonard Publishing. Many Television appearances include Conan O'Brien, The View, Jay LenoTonight Show, Craig Kilbourne, Kelly and Regis Show, MTV Europe, Top of the Pops, Taratata, Jack Docherty Show London, Rick Dees Show, Byron Allen Show, and many live radio shows. Creator of The Slap Bass 101 Workshop and Clinic and Co-creator of The Bass and Drums Groove Workshop and Clinic, presently being offered at the world renowned contemporary music school, Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA.
Other accomplishments include, writing, arrangement, production, recording bass guitar, lead and background vocals, mixing and mastering upcoming album “Curious Times”; arranging, and Lune D'argent CD6 released on Fertility Records. Writing, arranging demo productions for various for various artists domestic and abroad; taught Live Playing Workshops and wrote music curriculum for bass guitar at Musicians' Institute for 12 years.
